Mara West Chalets
Mara West Camp borders the remote and wild western edge of Maasai Mara National Reserve.
The camp consists of eight secluded chalets situated on the edge of the Oloololo Escarpment which overlook the vast plains of the Mara below.
All the secluded chalets are a unique combination of canvas and solid building materials. With the bathrooms made of brick while the bedroom area consists of canvas panels with zippered windows and roll up panels.
The chalets have a wide front verandah which provides a private and relaxing place to sit and overlook Maasai Mara’s vast plains below, where roaming giraffe, elephant, gazelles, impalas and wildebeest can be spotted.
